1. Introduction

Welcome to Cyberani.org, operated by Cyberani Academy. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the platform.

3. Use of the Website

Cyberani provides cybersecurity-related courses and content for individual educational use only. You agree not to use the site for illegal activities (e.g., hacking, fraud), reverse-engineer or scrape content, or use our content for group training or commercial purposes without a license.

4. User Accounts

You must register with accurate information. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Suspicious activity may result in suspension or termination. Cyberani reserves the right to delete any account registered with fake or disposable email addresses, or with names that are clearly inaccurate, misleading, or not representative of a real person.

5. Course Content and Copyright

All Cyberani content including videos, quizzes, slides, graphics, and characters is the intellectual property of Cyberani Academy or its creators. You are not allowed to download, record, or share course content; upload or redistribute our materials to Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or any platform; or resell or republish any course or exam content. Violators will face account termination and legal action.

6. Payments, Purchases, and Access

By purchasing any course, exam material, voucher, or subscription from Cyberani.org, you agree to the following:

• All prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise stated).

• Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways (Stripe).

• Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are not available once course access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or duplicate charges, please contact us within 7 days for review.

• Course access is non-transferable and tied to a single user account.

• Any attempt to share access, resell login credentials, or bypass payment will result in an immediate account ban without a refund.

Cyberani reserves the right to change course prices or access terms at any time. Access to a course may be time-limited based on your purchase agreement.

7. Exam Vouchers (Including CompTIA)

The following terms apply specifically to the purchase and use of exam vouchers through Cyberani:

• Refunds or Returns: All exam vouchers are digital products and are non-refundable and non-returnable once issued.

• Usage Limitation: One (1) voucher is applicable towards one (1) exam at an authorized CompTIA Test Service Provider.

• Validity Period: All vouchers, including any vouchers designated for retakes, are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted in writing.

• Scheduling Requirement: You must successfully register for and take your exam prior to the voucher’s official expiration date.

• Strict No-Extension Policy: Voucher expiration dates are final and cannot be extended under any circumstances. Failure to use the voucher before it expires results in forfeiture.

8. Suspension and Termination

Cyberani may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice for violating the Terms, engaging in piracy, account sharing, or unauthorized resale. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. Disclaimers

Cyberani is not affiliated with any certification authority (e.g., CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, AWS). We do not guarantee passing any certification. Content is provided “as-is” for learning purposes only.

Cyberani Academy does not guarantee reimbursement or financial recovery from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF / Hadaf) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reimbursement eligibility, application processes, and final approvals are governed entirely by HADAF policies and are strictly your personal responsibility. Cyberani is not liable for any rejected, modified, or delayed reimbursement claims under any circumstances.

Cyberani may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

11. Protection of Exam Content and Practice Materials

Cyberani provides original practice questions and simulations created solely for educational purposes, inspired by the official exam objectives but not taken from or endorsed by CompTIA or any certification vendor. You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, share, or upload any practice questions or exams provided by Cyberani.

• Use automated tools to scrape, export, or repackage content.

• Sell or redistribute Cyberani’s practice content through any means, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, marketplaces, or training groups.

Violation of this clause will result in permanent account termination and may lead to legal action under intellectual property laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be resolved in the UK courts.
